A very frustating problem with ksc/kwa m4 gbbr is what usually called, jamming coused by double feed, broken bb's on chamber or around bolt.
I've face this problem, and this cause by chipped arm of loading nozzle.
Looks like this is happen because of im shooting the gun without bb (blank fire). It hit bb follower chipped it also.
This arm push bb out , guide by ramp bb roll to sit in chamber.
Since mag hold bb very tight, if loading nozzle arm had chipped "face" it will not push bb out properly, instead it crush bb in half. And left debris all over. Some time it will push bb properly, if the chipped area larger, broken bb's will occur often.
So what i do is remove all part that had chipped by sanding.
This picture only show how to align, you should remove the bolt carrier first. I use mini grindder.
How many parts should remove depends on how bad the chipped was.
After doing this there no more jamming/broken bb's. Hope my fix will help you to.
