How To Disassembly KSC M4A1, KWA LM4, Magpul Bolt (Loading Nozzle)

In this page I'll show how to disassembly KSC M4A1, KWA LM4, Magpul Bolt or Loading Nozzle (???), here picture to help you.


1st remove c-clip, in the picture you'll see Im not using c-clip. I use small o-ring. It's easier to put in and put out if you do modification often.

Push piston stop to loose it out.

Now you can remove bolt from bolt carrier

Push this pin out. Since my bolt has holled pin.
Note:
- make sure pin puncher you are using has flat face (no round corner), if not your pin puncher will damage the pin and it will get stuck inside.
- i make my own pin puncher from Glasses Screwdriver set, since it's very cheap compare to real pin puncher. You just have to cut and sand the tip to get flat face.

After you took of pin, than you can pull out this part, becareful

Now the last part, push this pin out
note:
- my bolt has different size tip, one side is larger. So, to took pin off, you should push pin from smaller side.
- pay attention when put this pin back, make sure there are no protruding edges, or it will scratch smooth surface inside bolt carrier.
